About

A Criminal Division Oversight Committee of twelve members is established. The Committee shall consist of the Administrative Judge for Trial Courts, one Supreme Court Justice designated by the Chief Justice, the Court Administrator, six Superior or Criminal Division Judges, and three Criminal Division Court Operations Managers. Initial appointments of trial judges shall be for staggered terms of three years, two years and one year. Thereafter appointments shall be for a three-year term. Whenever a member resigns or the office is otherwise vacant, the Supreme Court shall appoint a successor to fill the unexpired term. The chair shall be the Administrative Judge for Trial Courts.
