Your compliance report should be submitted by July 1st of your reporting period.   The appropriate form to use will be available after May 1 of your reporting year and will be emailed to you.  There is also an online service open year round at https://secure.vermont.gov/courts/licensing/ Attorneys can enter their CLE as they earn it, but will continue to log in between May 1 and July 1 of their reporting period to actually submit their CLE.

Once granted accredited sponsor status, it is exempt from the requirement for prior approval for all courses or activities,  in compliance with the standards for approval in Regulation 3.
