The Washington Civil/Probate Courthouse in Montpelier is open to the public. Civil and Probate paper filings can now be brought to the courthouse. Please check hearing notices to see if hearings will be held in-person or remotely.

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed state and federal holidays. Also closed the first Friday of each month, 8:00 a.m. to noon, for in service training.
